Dr. Otis Brawley, American Cancer Society recommends that men to stop the use of high doses of vitamins. He suggested that it should take vitamin E in the form of frescoes found in nuts, seeds and oils derived from plants. These vitamins are beneficial to the health of the nervous system, muscles, blood vessels, and the role of the immune system.
