After 30 years of age:

1. check blood pressure once a month.

2. Do not smoke / drink alcohol.

3. Reduce weight if excessive, immediately do the program for the ideal body weight.

4. Perform a regular aerobic exercise

5. Learn the ways to control stress, e.g. by following the breathing exercises.
