Exercise Takes Time

Do you not have time to go to the gym to take exercise lately? Do not have enough time to take exercise? Well, sometimes it’s hard to divide your time to career, family, kids, school, or anything else in your daily life and still taking the time to take exercise in the gym regularly.And, when daily life becomes busier, the more important it is for you to maintain regular exercise to maintain health and fitness of your body, as well as relieve tension and stress you face every day. A quick exercise session at the gym to relieve stress, give you more energy, and allows you to think more clearly. If you have time by 15 to 20 minutes, it means you have enough time to do one of the following short exercises.

3 Simple Steps to Take Exercise

Chest, Delts and Triceps exercise.

Strart this exercise with take a dumbbell, and then do a close grip on the dumbbell incline bench. Create working muscles to exhaustion. After completing the last reps, without resting, do dumbbells fly. Once again, train muscles to exhaustion. After you execute the last reps, continue with seated dumbbell presses and proceed with the lateral raise.

Back and Biceps Exercise.

Start this exercise with grab a flat bench to pull down lat machine direction and low-seated cable row. Prepare a barbell as well. Perform lat pull down to muscle fatigue. Without a break, do seated cable row, and once again, do it until the muscles fatigue. Right after you finish the last repetition, do pullovers with a dumbbell. This exercise strengthen your back and biceps.

 

Leg Exercise.

Take an exercise ball with a medium-size and go to the wall area. Perform squats with the ball until failure. Concentrate on the movement of your heel and the negative phase; bring your heel back to the floor. As soon as you complete the last reps, do the walking lunge. While doing this lunge, when you lower your body, keep your back straight and concentrate on the movement of the thigh muscles contract to make the maximum. And after a lunge, proceed by doing good morning, and concentrate to stretch your quadriceps muscles on the negative phase, and contract your butt muscles at the back to starting position. Then continue with a seated leg curl. Rest only 30 seconds in each cycle.

 

Exercise steps Summary

Exercise only take a 15 to 20 minutes, which will provide many benefits for your overall body health. Although it may sound simple, this exercise is designed to increase your heart rate and keep it high throughout the exercise and thus require great endurance.
